The Screening Process

All talent on TeamEx must complete a rigorous screening process to be accepted onto the platform. We prioritize candidates who excel in their industries and intend to deliver outstanding services to employers. Due to this, only a small percentage of applicants are accepted. Therefore, if you want to join TeamEx, you must be prepared to perform exceptionally during the five-step process

The screening process begins with an application form that allows candidates to reveal their skills, work experience, and achievements. This application will introduce you and enable our AI to assess your qualities to produce an optimal match for recruiters if you are accepted.

Hence, you must disclose as much relevant and accurate information as possible. After assessing your application, we will confirm whether you are suited to our platform and will accept or reject you accordingly. 

Those accepted in the first stage will move on to the second step, which involves an introductory video. This five-minute video gives you the opportunity to talk in more detail about your background, aspirations, and priorities, providing us with valuable insight into your personality. 

The subsequent stages in the screening process include 

  • A technical assessment to analyze each candidate's technical and problem-solving skills.

  • A real-world project that tests candidates’ abilities to complete high-quality work within a deadline.

  • A live interview allowing us to talk with and get to know each candidate on a more personal level. 

By the final stage, only a limited number of the initial candidates, who will be considered top performers, will remain. 

Finding a Job 

After passing the screening process, candidates will wait for our AI technology to match them with a suitable job position. Unlike other recruitment platforms, TeamEx talent does not search for, browse, or apply for jobs. The hiring process for candidates can be tedious and potentially stressful, so we aim to streamline it. 

With TeamEx, your valuable time won’t be wasted. Rather than endlessly searching and applying for jobs, you can focus on other priorities while our AI technology completes the work on your behalf. Using all the information we’ve learned about you during the screening process, we analyze a number of factors related to your expected salary, location, personality, values, experiences, soft skills, and motivations to make sure we match you with a well-suited client.  

When a new position opens up, if we determine you are a good fit, you’ll receive an email inviting you to an interview. Should you accept this interview, we’ll set it up to give you an opportunity to talk to the client. You can inquire about the job role, your responsibilities, and the compensation to gain additional insight into what to expect. It will be down to you to come to a salary agreement, and although TeamEx can offer support, we prefer to enable direct salary negotiations between our clients and talent. 

Employment 

If you and the client reach an employment agreement, you can proceed with the onboarding process. TeamEx, unlike other platforms, doesn’t limit its services to the recruitment process. We believe in facilitating long-term collaboration between clients and talent, so we will continue to support you and your employer even after the job has been accepted.

Before we unite you with a compatible candidate, we need to learn more about your company. We require all clients to complete a profile that provides us with valuable information, such as the company name, size, industry, and location, along with a concise description of your operations.

We also want to learn about your company’s culture, team dynamics, and values, as our AI considers these factors when pairing you with potential candidates. This is a prime example of how TeamEx distinguishes itself from standard recruitment platforms.

Skills and qualifications are undeniably important, but even a top-performing candidate may not fit into your company if you do not share the same priorities and values. We believe employers and employees must see eye to eye for a sustained and mutually beneficial partnership. 

Matching with Candidates 

After you have registered, we will prompt you to create a job description for your open position. This is what will be shown to candidates when they receive an invitation to an interview, so it should clearly outline what is expected of them in the role. We advise you to include information such as:

  • Key responsibilities

  • Required experience 

  • Desirable qualities

  • Contact preferences 

  • Salary range

Once completed, our AI will analyze this job description, which will create a shortlist of candidates and invite them to an interview. As companies, hiring new employees can be an expensive and drawn-out process, which is why TeamEx poses AI integration as the optimal solution.

Rather than having our clients take the responsibility and dedicate days, weeks, or even months searching for viable candidates, our AI recruiter will complete the process in just a few minutes. 

Candidates notified about the interview invitation will have an opportunity to accept or decline it. TeamEx is a fast-paced platform, and we encourage our talent pool to make a swift decision to avoid delays during the recruitment process.

You can expect to wait less than a week for all suitable candidates to respond and for interviews to be arranged. The interviews will be standard and fully in your control, allowing you to provide additional information about the role and answer any questions from candidates.

At TeamEx, we generally leave salary negotiation down to you, but we can intervene and support you if required. We advise you to offer a variety of benefits to candidates as this will encourage them to collaborate with you long-term. We can provide advice and guidance during this process, too. 

Employment 

Once you have conducted interviews and selected the best candidate, you can begin onboarding them. TeamEx will assist you during onboarding to ensure you and your new employee are satisfied.

We can help you manage benefits, set up contracts, arrange payrolls, and integrate the talent in your existing team. If you face any issues, do not hesitate to contact us, and your account manager will help you resolve or overcome them.
